Hello, I’m Mark Lester “Ngawit” Valle—an Iloko-Pangasinense-Igorot public servant based in the rural town of Sanchez Mira, Northwestern Cagayan, Northern Philippines.

I work in the local water sector, where my interests intersect across geoscience, public administration, and community service. I am a Public Administration graduate, currently pursuing a master’s degree in the same field, with a growing focus on governance, resource management, and local development.

Beyond government work, I am a media artisan with experience in visual storytelling and documentary production. Above all, I am a loving father to my only son, Daniw, who grounds and inspires everything I do.

I am a public servant in the local water sector, a geoscience enthusiast, a media artisan, a Public Administration graduate taking a master's program in the same line of expertise, and a loving father to my only son, Daniw.
