Updated EV charger information/tags

Added EV charging station

Bus stop does not exist (no bus service on Regina Ave). New footpath extends "service road" through Hampton Park to Seaton Street. It is not paved or designed for vehicles and is called a "pathway" by the district of Saanich (see linked source).
