there's a pathway through here that's definitely permissable fully paved. not sure what the shops are but they are likely leased from local government so access is probably a requirement. Cyclists and smaller wheeled vehicles should definitely be routed through here as a means of crossing Fullarton road*. pavement varies from 'mostly smooth (Scooter/Skateboard)' to 'a little bumpy (bicycle)'

* fullarton road is one of the worst main roads in adelaide to get stuck on as a road cyclist or smaller wheels as there is no bike lane; high traffic; bad islands and few crossing points and no pavement for walking on the parklands side. The parklands paths(#) are great but closed for events a fair bit of the warmer year (ie. the 500) (#) Parklands paths seem poorly mapped, roughly between Greenhill and Fullarton as far north as Halifax street

this area sandwiched between shipsters; portrush; kensington roads, and the parade is worth mapping road smoothness, as due to its gentle slopes and diagonal nature; cycling routes will often navigate through here (tested OsmAnd on Cycling; Using Hill mode: mostly flat); however Maesbury was quite rough ("a little bumpy").

the StreetMap path (hiking & cycling are disabled on OsmAnd for me) here needs aligning with the StreetMap vectors that are ~East (SEE) of the path. the driveway on the west is private and there's no opening/gate. From SouthWest to NE: the actual path is a really narrow alleyway that opens into a car park and then becomes a wider alleyway. its all paved
