Golf walking path needs to be converted to a golf cart paths.
If you look on Bing Aerial Imagery, you can see the path being used for Golf carts.

This parking aisle goes from a 2way to a 1way at 830am on school days and then back to a 2way at 4pm (usually unless early dismissal)

These parking lot areas need to be combined/converted to one large lot.
