Dans OSM, on ne garde pas l'info sur des installations passées. Comme elle était effectivement redondante, l'intérêt du public était quasiment absent et le retour semble de moins en moins probable. Actuellement, ça s'appelle "Banquise" et le prix est de 10 fr. Peut-être "old_name" peut inclure l'ancien.

- "date" should be the date of the event it remembers (see inscription),
- "start_date" when it was installed at the current location (sometimes noted on the plaque),
- "artwork:creation_year" when the artist created the sculpture/work (usually on its sign).

Initially I used "year" for that last one. A page on the wiki for that is still needed. The one on "date" is messy, but the summary box explains it.

The page you mention doesn't say you should remove Italian links and only keep German ones as you did at changeset/176614792 . The option of adding a country code offers the possibility of multiple links.

I understand there may be no multilinguism in Germany, but you are not editing anything related to Germany here. So removing anything that is not in German somehow defeats the point of having a locally built map.

I don't see anything in Key:wikipedia#Secondary_languages mandating your edits.

It can be repeated in the key if it's not the usual language.

It should have been "construction_date", the more common tag. Sohow I think you'd know that.
