The 100 bus route has changed a lot. Adding the new start points so I can work on the variants in Relatify, and updating metadata.

Add A&E as a clinic in its own right. Passes the outpatients-only test for the OSM tag, albeit emergency cases. They might be admitted, but to a hospital inpatient ward.

Urgent care has moved to the prefab next to A&E: since 4 Aug 2025, says the sign
