È arrivata una prima risposta:

- ID "blocks" the item name from being changed if it has an associated Wikidata id. But it only blocks it in quick insertion, if you scroll down in the raw tag table you can edit freely. In this situation, in my opinion, the node can easily be deleted. The name in Portuguese, if it is not official, in my opinion should not be reported

- Ok understood, thanks, but I think that in the case of Christopher Columbus there could also be a name in Portuguese 😗
