You are a beginner mapper and thus have no experience in how to interpret the objects. Rather difficult in this area.
Some issues. Very large/irregular objects are mostly trees.
You also mapped empty spots as buildings. Mostly sand-colored. These are yards.
Outside the fenced courtyards are mostly no buildings.
You overlooked rather much easy to identify round buildings. (124 which I mapped).

Roads

There is no need to map roads and paths leading only to fields or rivers.

Roads ending somewhere in the mountains do not necessarily need to be mapped,

Keep an eye on the width of a road to decide how to tag them. Measure the width, please, where you have your doubts.

In IDeditor. Open menu on the right ,select mapdata, then select measurement. When selected, draw a line between the shoulders of a road and read the distance
