Yes, they do count. Unfortunately, the imagery hasn't caught up yet.

I noticed the added exit way from Hwy 20 to North Skagit Street. We typically don't add a turn way unless there is a physical barrier. I just just there this week and I don't recall a barrier but I know they did construction at this intersection. also if there is a barrier, it should be tagged as a primary link.

From all of the gates and barriers, and from talking to a former skagit county manager I don't think so, but I've email the only employee with the county to hopefully get a definative answer.

#TIP: we don't use descriptive names in OSM, the tags do all the work. I went ahead and removed the name tag.

I know this was a couple of years back, but do you know why you added bicycle=permissive to a couple of short ways infront of the train/bus station bldg? I'm trying to create a bike map and they don't connect to anything.

#TIP: don't add a node to an existing way. Look for the pole's shadow and just use a single node for the ALPR device. Other than that it looks great.

It was my understanding that access to the much of the dike is restricted. I know there are paths that do allow access, but most seems to be closed. I believe there was a sign near the Anytime Fitness in Mount Vernon saying something that it was private property keep out.

Can you verify that these are open to the public?

If you are with the local fire department, OSM can be a great place to add features that might be missing from county and city maps. Let fire hydrants, service roads, ponds, etc. For a better list check out osm.wiki/Emergency_facilities_and_amenities

Glad to see someone contributing over in the Swinomish Reservation. I'm over in Mount Vernon. I'm trying to find locals that would like to get to gather every now and then. Let me know if you are interested. I'll send you more info on OSM in a message.

Looks good but where is the traffic_calming=table feature? See osm.wiki/File%3ABremsschwelle.JPG

What caught my attention is the how Strada Ștefan cel Mare and Strada 9 Mai connect at a v intersection appearing that Strada 9 Mai continues on and connects to Drumul Gării

Let me suggest adding something like barrier=bollard on the pedestrian way.

Why did you end the residential road and change it to a pedestrian route? From the imagery, it appers they connect. I does look like a crossing.

Is this a new. From the latest imagery, it looks like the old structures were demolished. Someone added a bldg, but it's 6 years old. But if it's correct, you can merge your node with the building outline. Of the bldg is gone, it should be removed from OSM. (Select the outline then delete it.)

I was dealing with an issue given to DWG and noticed this track you touched a few years back. openstreetmap.org/way/76130888. It doesn't seem to be on any imagery. Not your doing but there is also an archaeological site nearby but it doesn't show on the imagery. Should it be on OpenHistoricalMap?

Thanks for catching that. Fixed
