I see no bicycle restriction here. If the Park is managed by bruxelles environnement general rules apply : bicycle access is granded until signposted sign forbit it.

Bicycle route relation/1102531 pass here but pedestrian way are now marked without bicycle=yes

Not passed by there today to check if there is some change here but it's mostly improbable. (pin + Avenue des trembles northbound + connection to Centenaire.
West part of tagette is more borderline as there is a C3 without exception comming from Gros Tilleul, but no indication going to Gros Tilleul.

According to AIV Flandre GRB somewhere here the spring of "Ruisseau des Sept Bonniers de Bilande" (continue to the nord). Can show the flow on AIV Modèle d'altitude numérique Flandres II, Skyview facteur 0,25 m.

I spotted a strange situation here last week, but do not recall all the details.

When coming from the north, entering the cycle track requires doing a complicated move. Presumably using the zebra crossing and the footway… but the current permissions on OSM do not match this.

+ Need to check the connections with the two small streets on the west side.

I will survey again later (within 2 weeks), unless someone is faster.
