| State of the Map América Latina en Medellin 2025 | Acho que você me deve desculpas, porque não acusei ninguém. |

| State of the Map América Latina en Medellin 2025 | Angoca, When I wrote “Spam”… I was referring to the previous comment that was published here (before my comments). It is not about Ceja! There was a comment here that was posted by a fake user (a website of games) and using a AI generator. This message was gone because they are deleted automatically. And the copy of this fake previous message was shared in the Discord of the OSM Latam, published on October 20, 2025: “Hola, alguien dejpo este lindo comentario a mi diary sobre el SOTM Medellin, que es un reconocimiento a toda la comunidad: It’s truly inspiring to read this reflection. The strength and cohesion of the OSM Latam community really shine through — not only in organizing impactful events like State of the Map but also in how the community continues to grow, evolve, and include more voices. Seeing this positive momentum from Belém to Medellín and now toward Mexico City is a beautiful reminder of what collaboration across borders can achieve. The involvement of institutions like UNAM also shows how grassroots and academic efforts can align for long-term impact. Congratulations to everyone making this journey happen — it’s a powerful time for OSM Latam!” I am sorry if you did not understand. |

| State of the Map América Latina en Medellin 2025 | Texto gerado por IA.

Boa semana! |
|
| Adicionando painéis solares | Parabéns pelo trabalho! |

| What are some practical use cases or project ideas using OpenStreetMap (OSM)? | You can read the OSM Science Annals and follow the weeklyOSM, weeklyosm.eu, on Sundays. A lot of case studies. |
|
Good work, did you think to add also natural=coastline? |
|
| Sharing weeklyOSM's Story at COSCUP 2025 in Taipei | Congratulations, Miurahr… “What do you think should be the ultimate goal of weeklyOSM?” I don’t know if there would be a single goal, but rather a set of goals that grows every day… I think it can also serve as a way to understand user preferences regarding themes and software… or at least the ones that are most talked about. |

| Mapping trees in OpenStreetMap and visualizing them in three ways | Thank you, dpschep , gorgeous :) |

| Mapping trees in OpenStreetMap and visualizing them in three ways | SK53, thank you a lot for your updates. The idea is to improve these nodes with more attributes, including Wikipedia link. Correcting what I wrote earlier, there are many photographs on Pl@antNet, but we had trouble identifying them with MapComplete’s AI. Do you know of any applications that use the iNaturalist database? |
|
| Mapping trees in OpenStreetMap and visualizing them in three ways | @mycota, fixed with JOSM, using the filter natural=tree, because there are only these two species in this location. And they are not native, portugueses (and their descendents) brought them. The original is just restinga vegetation. |
