This is an area listed where I couldn't find amenity=charging_station or man_made=charge_point using overpass-turbo.eu - is there one here? There is a new/changed road here that was recently constructed for some works near the power lines.
I don't think they're completely finished but if a updated satellite image becomes available there is a road to map.
