This is a pedestrian arcade.
Running (roughly) North/South.
There is an entrance at the Southern end (by BJs Plaice (see StreetView)) and the Northern end forms a T junction with the (roughly) East/West passage that goes all the way through the shopping centre (from the East Car Park to the West Car Park).

someone could check these stops are in the right place.

bustimes.org has them named as "o/s Picture House" and "opp Picture House".

"other sources" have the track to the Picture House around 200m S of here, and that may be the stopping place.
