Adding oneway section to Ontario St, that was implemented today, to reduce the number of cars taking shortcuts during the closeure of Broadway.

The connection between Scotia and Broadway was blocked entirely, presumably due to poor compliance with the turn restrictions. I'm deleting the turn restriction, adding a jersy barrier, and marking the connection as `access=no`.

Imporving the building outline based on the imagery of the foundation, marking as compleate based on driving past and seeing it.

Specify whether roads have lane markings

Adding and improving addresses and retail establishments, removing duplicate address

Adding a turn restriction, based on local signage, and police directing traffic

Fixing an error of mine, moving turn restriction to the correct intersection

There are no Left turns permited from Main Street northbound to E 8th, except for buses. There is signage stating this, and a police officer ensuring compliance. As such no vehicles are permited to go between Main Street North and South bound.

Tweaking road geometry

Adding a turn restriction, that doesn't seem to have common compliance, but is signposted. It's likely this will only be in place for the 4 months during the Broadway closure.
