Other mappers have left comments letting you know about issues with your mapping of lanes as separate ways, however you have ignored them and continued to map incorrectly.

Please ensure you are mapping lanes correctly in future, and respond to comments left on your changesets.

I can also see you aren’t providing a comment on your own changesets to describe your changes, please ensure you do this going forward as per the wiki: Good changeset comments
