What I did in OpenStreetMap in May 2022

OSMF Board
- Summarised history of the HOT trademark grant on the mailing list
- Mod Team
  - Organised some paper work on the motion for the board meeting
  - Organised the (then) proposed mods to sign the OSMF NDA.
  - Talked to sysadmins to arrange the new mods
- Board Meetings
  - Trying to arrange a speaker for June presentation, TBA
  - Attended the May 2022 OSMF Board meeting
    - I proposed the board trial the list mods and have an OSMF vote in 6 months, but the board voted for an OSMF Board only vote in 8 months (Jan 2022 after the 2022 AGM in Dev 2022).
    - I’m concerned about the CoI issues with the new Fundrais. Comm..
- Bank account
  - Offered to help with bank account at the mid month chat, but apparently there’s nothing I can do.
- Noticed a typo in the OSMF NDA, told LWG, and it was corrected
Mapping
- I wonder how to tag that a venue/shop/cafe is unionized… 🐘 🐦
- I wonder how to tag Honesty boxes. I started conversation on discord. and then tagging@ list, and some DM conversations
Community
- Browsing some of the She Leads and She Inspires (SLSI) ideas, I was happy to see some LGBTQ+ related topics
- Geofabrik Hack Weekends are back! I went to the May 2022 one. I didn’t get any townlands.ie work done, but did make a new pride logo etc. and talked to some people.
Hacking
- I confirm that Townlands.ie isn’t going anywhere, even though logainm.ie has a new webite. Someone asked on OpenStreetMap Ireland Facebook page 🐘 🐦
CWG
- Freebies / Promotional Material Programme
  - More buerocracy about getting the refunds
  - Ordered 1,000 OSM lesbian stickers.
- Opened an OWG issue request to set up a servicve to post @openstreetmap tweets to the en.osm.town mastodon server
SotM 2022
- Ordered 1000 SotM stickers after talking to Christine at Geofabrik Hack Weekend.
